Sagar Dattatraya Shinde is a distinguished industrialist, entrepreneur, and ecosystem builder with over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. A Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, he has played a pivotal role in advancing industrial development, skill enhancement, and entrepreneurship across Maharashtra.
As the Founder & Director of Engineering Cluster Pune, a Public-Private Partnership initiative supported by the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra, he has strengthened the competitiveness of over 700 SMEs and enabled skill development opportunities for more than 3,300 youth. He is also the Founder of Maha Clusters Council, Founder Trustee of Ujwala Memorial Foundation, and Founder Chairman of Pavana Industrial Credit Society, where he continues to champion sustainable industrial growth, financial empowerment, and community development.
He has also actively supported startup and SME growth through various government schemes and initiatives, driving continuous capacity building, enterprise development, and ecosystem strengthening for emerging entrepreneurs.
