Ms. Manisha Sujay is an experienced HR, Training, and Counseling professional with over 18 years of expertise in talent acquisition, workforce development, employee engagement, and human resource operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics and an MBA, combining strong analytical skills with strategic HR leadership. At Maha Clusters Council, she leads skill development, training, employment, and counseling initiatives in close collaboration with industry partners, educational institutions, and key stakeholders.
She has successfully managed CSR-led women empowerment initiatives supported by various corporates, along with Government and World Bank-funded projects, including STRIVE and GIZ-supported SANKALP. These initiatives have significantly contributed to workforce development and employability enhancement. Through her dedicated efforts, more than 3,300 youth have been empowered with industry-relevant skills, career guidance, and employment opportunities, creating a meaningful and lasting impact on individuals, industries, and communities.
She has also successfully handled major engineering project coordination in her previous roles, including assignments at Mumbai International Airport and other critical infrastructure and manufacturing projects. Her experience includes project execution, coordination, quality assurance, and adherence to industry standards in complex engineering environments.
